Community Guidelines
These guidelines explain what is allowed and prohibited on MimoTalk to keep our community safe.
1. Zero Tolerance Policies
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creation, sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM in any form results in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to law enforcement (e.g. NCMEC).
- Credible Threats & Violent Extremism: Threats of real-world violence, terrorism, or illegal exploitation are strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment & Bullying: Targeted harassment, repeated unwanted contact after blocking, or coordinated harassment campaigns.
- Hate Speech: Demeaning or attacking individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or protected status.
